Anti-NF-M (K591) Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets neurofilament medium chain (NF-M), a class IV intermediate filament protein that forms part of the neuronal cytoskeleton. Raised in rabbit against a region of the NF-M molecule encompassing the K591 epitope, the unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged as a 100 µl vial. The antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry on human tissue, where it labels axons and neuronal cell bodies that express NF-M.
