Anti-NF-L Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this chicken polyclonal antibody recognises NF-L (neurofilament light chain) and was raised against recombinant full-length human NF-L protein. The unconjugated IgY reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Bovine, Porcine, Rat and Mouse samples. The target migrates at 68–70 kDa by SDS-PAGE. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:5,000 for WB, 1:2,000 for ICC/IF and 1:2,000 for IHC. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be stored at +4 °C; the preparation should not be frozen.
