Anti-NF-kB p65 (phospho Ser468) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NF-kB p65 phosphorylated at Serine 468, supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for ELISA applications. It reacts with mouse and human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from Serine 468 of NF-kB p65, conjugated with KLH for immunization, with sequence FTDLASpVDNSE. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.4, with a reconstitution-dependent concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution should be performed with double distilled water.
