Anti-NF-kB p65 (phospho Ser276) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal affinity-purified reagent available through Antibodies.com, raised against NF-kB p65 phosphorylated at Serine 276. The antibody targets the NF-kB p65 transcription factor subunit and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in lyophilised form.

It is validated for ELISA applications and reacts with mouse and human samples. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with IgG as the isotype.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the region around Serine 276 of NF-kB p65, conjugated to KLH for immunization, with the peptide sequence QLRRPSpDRELS. Purification is carried out by Protein G affinity chromatography. The product is lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.4. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed using double distilled water.
