Anti-NF-kB p65 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NF-kB p65 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and shows reactivity with mouse and human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the p65 protein of the NF-kB complex, conjugated with KLH for immunisation (sequence: IIEQPKQRGMRFR). Purification is by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the antibody is supplied lyophilised in a 0.01 M Phosphate Buffered Saline formulation at pH 7.4, for reconstitution with double distilled water. Concentration is reconstitution dependent.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
