Anti-NF-kB p105 / p50 (phospho Ser337) Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against NF-kB p105 / p50 phosphorylated at Serine337. The IgG reagent is unconjugated and supplied in lyophilised form, with purity prepared by Protein G affinity chromatography and a formulation based on 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4.

It is validated for ELISA and reacts with mouse and human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from Serine337-phosphorylated NF-kB p105/p50 and conjugated with KLH for immunisation, corresponding to the sequence QLRRKSpDLETSEP. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and held at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided, and reconstituted with double distilled water.
