Anti-NFκB-p65 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and selectively recognises endogenous NFκB-p65 only when the protein is in its non-acetylated state at K314/K315, making it a precise tool for studying the acetylation-dependent regulation of the NF-κB signalling pathway. The polyclonal antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream detection. It is validated for Western Blot and ELISA applications and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, including a demonstrated Western blot signal in MCF-7 cell lysates. The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from the human NFκB-p65 sequence around the K314/K315 non-acetylation site, and the antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
