Anti-NFκB-p65 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and offered through Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies catalogue, this polyclonal reagent targets the NFκB-p65 transcription factor and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthesized peptide derived from human NFκB-p65 around the non-phosphorylation site of S468 — and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the NFκB-p65 protein. It is unconjugated, formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml. Recommended applications are Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, with validated reactivity on human, mouse and rat samples, making it a convenient cross-species tool for NF-κB pathway studies in cell and tissue lysates.
