Anti-NFκB-p65 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this polyclonal reagent targets the p65 (RelA) subunit of NFκB and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is raised in rabbit, affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, specifically detecting endogenous levels of NFκB-p65 by recognising a synthetic peptide derived from the region surrounding the non-phosphorylation site at threonine 254 of the human protein. As an unconjugated reagent, it is well suited for users who wish to apply their own labelling or detection chemistries.
