The NF-κB p65 subunit (also known as RelA) is the principal transactivating component of the canonical NF-κB pathway, where phosphorylation on residues such as Ser536 triggers nuclear translocation and drives transcription of genes involved in inflammation, apoptosis, and immune cell function. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows. Cross-reactivity to both human and mouse samples makes it useful for translational studies comparing model systems with patient-derived material. The unconjugated format enables researchers to conjugate HRP, biotin, or fluorophore labels of their choice. Western blot typically detects the 65 kDa p65 band, and the antibody can be used to track stimulus-dependent nuclear accumulation in cell-based signaling experiments.
