Anti-NFκB-p65 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and specifically detects endogenous levels of the NFκB-p65 transcription factor. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from human NFκB-p65 around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 536, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, in the 50 µl size, and is recommended for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, with demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For best stability, the preparation should be stored at −20 °C, where it remains suitable for use for one year.
