Anti-NFκB-p65 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the NF-κB p65 subunit, also called RelA, the DNA-binding arm of the canonical NF-κB transcription complex. Raised in rabbits, it is supplied as an unconjugated 50 µl aliquot suitable for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows in human and mouse samples.

The reagent supports studies of inflammatory signaling, cytokine-driven immune activation, and apoptosis regulation, where p65 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation are read-outs of pathway engagement. Researchers use it to track IκBα degradation and downstream gene induction in cell culture models of cancer, neurodegeneration, and viral infection, and to localize p65 in fixed tissue sections by IHC or in cultured cells by IF.

Because the antibody is unconjugated, it pairs cleanly with secondary reagents of the user's choice: HRP or alkaline phosphatase conjugates for chromogenic western blot and IHC, or fluorophore-labeled secondaries for multiplex immunofluorescence.
