Anti-NFκB-p65 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NFκB-p65 and designed to detect endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse, and monkey samples. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, leaving it suitable for direct detection or for downstream labeling. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human NFκB-p65 around the non-acetylation site of K310, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Validated applications include Western Blot (with supporting data in 293 and mouse brain lysates), Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA, covering most routine detection needs. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated.
