Anti-NFκB-p105 / p50 Antibody

The NFκB transcription factor family regulates genes central to immunity, inflammation, and cell survival. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against the p105 precursor and detects both the full-length p105 (~105 kDa) and the proteolytically processed p50 DNA-binding subunit (~50 kDa), so both precursor and mature forms can be tracked on the same Western blot. The antibody is unconjugated, supplied as a 50 µl aliquot, and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA on human and mouse samples. It is commonly used to investigate B-cell maturation, cytokine-driven inflammatory signaling, and NFκB pathway activation in oncogenesis research.
