Anti-NFκB-p100 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NFκB-p100, offered by Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human NFκB-p100 around the non-phosphorylation site of S869, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of NFκB-p100 protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
