Anti-NFκB-p105 (Phospho-Ser907) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against NFκB-p105 phosphorylated at serine 907. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated.

Specificity is directed at endogenous NFκB-p105 only when phosphorylated at serine 907. The immunogen is a peptide corresponding to the sequence around the phosphorylation site serine 907 (P-L-S(p)-P-A) of Human NFκB-p105. The antibody is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Purification was performed by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed via the corresponding non-phosphopeptide. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
