Anti-NFκB-p105/p50 (phospho-S337) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NFκB-p105/p50 phosphorylated at Serine 337. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NFκB-p105 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 337, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of NFκB-p105/p50 only when phosphorylated at Ser337. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The protein target is NFκB-p105, and the reported molecular weight is ~ 50,105 kDa. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
