Anti-Neurotensin Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Neurotensin (NTS/neuromedin N) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Neurotensin, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. Validated for Western Blot and ELISA, it specifically detects endogenous levels of Neurotensin protein and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The vial is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
