Anti-Neuroserpin Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Neuroserpin, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blotting (WB). The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody was generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic peptide–KLH conjugate. The immunogen corresponds to a peptide sequence around amino acids 402–406 (T-S-G-H-D) derived from human Neuroserpin. It detects the endogenous level of total Neuroserpin protein and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
