Anti-Neurophysin I (K40) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Neurophysin I (K40). It is supplied unconjugated and is intended for the detection of endogenous Neurophysin I protein.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is presented at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 11-60 of human Neurophysin I. The reagent detects endogenous levels of Neurophysin I protein and has a reported molecular weight of approximately 13 kDa. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
