Anti-NEUROG1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NEUROG1 (Neurogenin-1) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml in PBS buffer with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and is of the IgG isotype. Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody detects endogenous levels of NEUROG1 protein and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with the target migrating at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 26 kDa.
