Anti-NEUROD1 Antibody

Manufacturer information describes two related formulations of the immunogen. One data sheet reports the immunogen as a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 160-356 of human NEUROD1 (NP_002491.3) [S1], while another cites a recombinant protein of human NEUROD1 [S2]. The latter further states that the antibody detects endogenous levels of total NEUROD1 [S2]. Both preparations are affinity purified [S1][S2]. One source lists the molecular weight as 45 kDa [S1]. Recommended WB dilution is 1:100-1:500 [S1].

The product is supplied as a liquid [S1]. Formulation details differ between the two sources: one describes phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300 [S1]; the other describes PBS at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol [S2], with a stated protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL [S2].
