Anti-Neuregulin-1/SMDF (Y4) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Neuregulin-1/SMDF (Y4) and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of SMDF/Neuregulin 1 protein.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human Neuregulin-1/SMDF as the immunogen. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 44 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
