Anti-NEU1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NEU1 (Neuraminidase), supplied as a liquid preparation suitable for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for use with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210-415 of human NEU1 (NP_000425.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
