Anti-NET-5 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NET-5 (also known as TSPAN9), a tetraspanin/tetraspan-family transmembrane protein. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody is unconjugated, making it suitable for use with a wide range of secondary detection reagents. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human NET-5, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal (IgG), with no isotype restriction noted for the labeled applications. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of NET-5 in both human and mouse samples. For best stability, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
