Anti-NES Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human nestin, this polyclonal IgG reagent targets the class VI intermediate filament protein NES, the classical marker used to identify neural progenitor and stem cell populations. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 100 µl and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry workflows, allowing the same lot to be used across fixed tissue staining, lysate-based expression profiling, and intracellular flow cytometry readouts.
