Anti-Nephrocystin-5 (R467) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nephrocystin-5 (R467), available from Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 432-486 of human Nephrocystin-5. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), this polyclonal antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Nephrocystin-5 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 69 kDa.
