Anti-Nephrin (H892) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nephrin (H892), provided unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been confirmed with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 861-910 of Human Nephrin as immunogen, and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Nephrin protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein, Nephrin, has a reported molecular weight of approximately 135 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific validation images are available from the manufacturer.
