Anti-Nephrin Antibody [Y17-R] - Identical to Abcam (ab136894)

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Nephrin and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Designated clone Y17-R, it is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC), the antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the centre of the fifth Ig-like domain of human nephrin and recognises the epitope located between Cys465 and Cys528. It is provided in liquid form, formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0 with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:5,000 and ELISA: 1:50,000–1:100,000.
