Anti-NEO1 Antibody

NEO1 is a single-pass transmembrane receptor of the immunoglobulin superfamily that participates in axon guidance, cell adhesion, and tissue morphogenesis, with documented binding partners including netrin-1 and RGM family ligands. The reagent is validated for Western Blot detection of endogenous NEO1 from human cell lysates, supporting research on neural development, bone homeostasis, and receptor signaling. As an unconjugated polyclonal, it can be paired with a secondary antibody of the user's choice for chemiluminescent or fluorescent WB workflows.
