Anti-NEMF Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human NEMF protein, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody supports targeted detection in Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. NEMF (nuclear export mediating factor, also known as RQC complex component) participates in ribosome-associated quality control on stalled translation complexes, making the reagent relevant to studies of mRNA surveillance, ribosome rescue pathways, and translational fidelity.

Provided at 100 µl per vial, the antibody recognizes human NEMF and can be applied to standard immunoblotting of cultured cell lysates as well as to IHC staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The polyclonal format provides multi-epitope recognition, which is useful when probing low-abundance endogenous protein or when validating newly raised reagents against native target in human samples.
