Anti-NELFE Antibody

The NELFE gene encodes the E subunit of the Negative Elongation Factor complex, a key regulator of RNA polymerase II transcriptional pausing in eukaryotic cells. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against recombinant human NELFE and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizing cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human and mouse samples.
