Anti-NELFE Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG specific for NELFE and supplied in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–280 of human NELFE (NP_002895.3). It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The target has a molecular weight of 43 kDa and the reagent is affinity purified.

Suggested dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product ships at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are supplied.
