Anti-NEK8 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against the recombinant human NEK8 (NIMA-related kinase 8) immunogen and validated to detect the endogenous total NEK8 protein. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl vial, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is recommended for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell and tissue-based research applications.
