Anti-NEK5 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NEK5, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and recognises the NEK5 target in human samples, with reactivity confirmed for human use. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human NEK5, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total NEK5 protein. The reagent is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.
