Anti-NEK3 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 267–506 of human NEK3 (NP_689933.1). Molecular weight is 55 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
