Anti-NEK2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NEK2 (NimA-related protein kinase 2), a serine/threonine kinase also known as NEK2A, NLK1, HSPK 21, or NLK1. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It was raised against a recombinant human NEK2 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding an unconjugated IgG polyclonal preparation that detects endogenous total NEK2 protein. Recommended applications validated by the supplier include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody has been tested for reactivity with human and mouse samples, and reactivity with rat tissue is also noted in independent references.
