Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NEK2, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human NEK2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of NEK2 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
