Anti-Neisseria gonorrhoeae Antibody

This mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Neisseria gonorrhoeae and is intended for in vitro diagnostic use. It is validated for ELISA and is also suitable for Lateral Flow applications. The reagent is supplied unconjugated, with an IgG2b isotype, and is presented as an ion exchange purified monoclonal antibody.

Specificity is directed against N. gonorrhoeae, and the antibody shows no reactivity with N. meningitidis, N. cinerea, N. lactamica, M. sicca, B. catarrhalis, E. coli, P. mirabilis, G. vaginalis or C. trachomatis. Purity is greater than 95%, and the product is formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 8.0 with 50 mM NaCl. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; for short-term storage keep at 4°C, while for long-term storage aliquot and keep at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
