Anti-NEIL3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against NEIL3 (Nei-like protein 3 / DNA glycosylase FPG2) using a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of the human protein, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the NEIL3 target. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible pairing with secondary reporters such as AP-, biotin-, FITC- or HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG. Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. Clonality is polyclonal, the host species is rabbit, and the isotype is IgG. For routine handling the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
