Anti-NEIL2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NEIL2 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NEIL2 and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of the NEIL2 protein.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Rat samples. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 37 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
