Anti-NEFL Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the neurofilament light polypeptide (NEFL) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml. The antibody was generated using a recombinant human NEFL protein as immunogen and subsequently purified by affinity chromatography against that immunogen, yielding a clean preparation that recognises the endogenous total NEFL protein in validated assays. The product is unconjugated, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and should be stored at –20 °C for continuous use.
