Anti-NEFL Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60–250 of human Neurofilament L (NP_006149.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples, and the indicated molecular weight of the target is 70 kDa.
