Anti-Neddylin / NEDD8 Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Neddylin (NEDD8), an ~8.5 kDa ubiquitin-like modifier that is covalently conjugated to substrate proteins in a process known as neddylation, most prominently on cullin-RING ligase (CRL) subunits. The antibody recognizes both free NEDD8 and NEDD8-conjugated species in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting western blot analysis of neddylated substrates and total NEDD8 pools, immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections, and immunofluorescence imaging of subcellular NEDD8 distribution. It is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, a format suitable for aliquoting and long-term frozen storage with minimal freeze-thaw loss.
