Anti-NEDD9 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets NEDD9 (also referred to as HEF1/NEDD-9). It is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 390–560 of human NEDD9 (NP_006394.1). The antibody has been affinity purified and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 105 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
