Anti-NEDD4L Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NEDD4L (also referred to as NEDD4-2), supplied unconjugated and validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is purified by affinity purification. Provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, it is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–975 of human NEDD4L (UniProt Q96PU5), with a reported molecular weight of 113 kDa.
