Anti-NEDD4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NEDD4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reacts with human samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is supported by 3 scientific validation images.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160-460 of human NEDD4 (NP_940682.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 120 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
