Anti-Nectin 3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Nectin 3, a cell-adhesion molecule also known as CD113, NECTIN3, PRR3, and Poliovirus receptor-related protein 3 (PVRL3). The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Nectin 3 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the target protein. Supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, it is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it suitable for a wide range of detection workflows. The host species is Rabbit and the antibody is polyclonal, purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
