Anti-NDUFV1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the NDUFV1 protein, also known as the NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 51 kDa subunit, CI-51kD, or UQOR1, a core flavoprotein of mitochondrial Complex I. The antibody is supplied at 100 µl per vial as an unconjugated IgG preparation that has been purified by antigen-affinity chromatography and formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. It was raised against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 218–429 of human NDUFV1 and has been validated by the supplier for Western blotting on 30 µg of Hep G2 whole-cell lysate separated on 10% SDS-PAGE at a recommended dilution of 1:1000, as well as for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded U373 xenograft tissue at 1:500. Reactivity is reported for human samples, the host species is Rabbit, and the clonality is polyclonal. For routine use, vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
