Anti-NDUFS8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent is raised against NDUFS8 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] Fe-S protein 8, 23 kDa), a core subunit of mitochondrial complex I. The immunogen is a fusion protein corresponding to an internal region of the human target, and the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total NDUFS8 protein following antigen-affinity purification. The product is supplied at 0.9 mg/mL in a 100 µl volume, formulated in PBS (pH 7.3) with 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, making it well suited to standard immunodetection workflows. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.
